Brick Lane Festival
This Sunday is the Brick Lane Festival
Music on the main stage in Allen Gardens includes Nurukane from West Africa, Senegal soul sensation Sigil, and UK's Asian Dub Foundation; and there's more in venues like the Vibe Bar and Big Chill Bar.
There is a fashion show, and new for this year is the Chili Film Festival showcasing exciting new Asian cinema. And Future London: Footprints of a Generation aims to "shock and delight" us as London bids to get greener for 2012.
The street will be buzzing with people, stalls, entertainers and curry.
